根据贵州省大树茶的分布状况,分别对黔南、黔东南、铜仁3个地区20余个县市进行大树茶实地调查和取样。实地调查了18株大树茶,并对大树茶类型、地理位置分布、管理方式以及生态环境进行了描述,同时分别对各大树茶茶树种质采样,并对其水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱等茶叶内含成分以及儿茶素组分进行检测与分析。最后对大树茶的保护提出几点措施。 According to the distribution of Dachao tea in Guizhou province, the investigation and sampling of Dachang tea were carried out in more than 20 counties and cities in Qiannan, Qiandongnan and Tongren districts respectively.
