2012年6月20日至22日在里约热内卢召开的联合国可持续发展大会关注了两大问题:可持续发展的框架与绿色经济的发展。可见,绿色经济已由经济概念转变为政治概念,受到了各国政府部门与联合国的高度关注,绿色经济的发展会给林业带来何种影响?如何发展林业以适应绿色经济的需要?这已成为各国林业管理人员与经济学家共同思考的问题。绿色经济会给我国带来怎样的挑战与机遇,也成为我国面临的重要问题。
The United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, held in Rio de Janeiro from 20 to 22 June 2012, focuses on two major issues: the framework for sustainable development and the development of a green economy. It can be seen that the green economy has been transformed from an economic concept into a political one and has drawn great attention from government departments and the United Nations. How will the development of a green economy affect forestry? How to develop forestry to meet the needs of a green economy? This has become Questions to Think Commonly by Forestry Managers and Economists in Various Countries. What kind of challenges and opportunities will the green economy bring to our country has also become an important issue that our country faces.
