一项高校教学质量调查显示,我国研究型大学与普通大学在学生满意度上存在差异。与美国20世纪80年代大众化早期数据相比,我国情况更为严重。通过中美比较及借鉴美国20多年来的教育改革经验,正确处理科研与教学的关系,提高师资质量,营造吸引人才、尊重人才、公平公正的制度环境是提高研究型大学教学质量的关键。
A university teaching quality survey shows that there are differences in student satisfaction between research universities and universities in China. Compared with the early mass data of the United States in the 1980s, the situation in our country is even more serious. It is the key to improve the teaching quality of research universities through the comparison and reference of more than 20 years of education reform experience in the United States between China and the United States, correctly handling the relationship between research and teaching, improving the quality of teachers and creating a system environment that attracts talents, respects talents and fairness and justice.
