介绍了渭化尿素合成系统、分解回收系统流程,对油的主要组成进行了分析。油对尿素装置的影响及危害,主要有高压设备腐蚀问题、中低压分解系统设备结垢问题、尿素成品质量以及工艺安全操作问题,因此在工艺操作时要杜绝和预防尿素工艺原料CO2、液氨、水、防腐空气等工艺介质混入大量漏油,给尿素装置正常生产造成不必要的工艺运行事故。
