桥式起重机安装是抽水蓄能电站主厂房混凝土浇筑和机电安装的首要条件,桥式起重机大件吊装是桥式起重机安装过程中的难点。利用AutoCAD软件对响水涧抽水蓄能电站桥式起重机大件的现场摆放和吊装过程进行全程设计。结合地下厂房空间有限等安装难点,介绍了利用AutoCAD进行安装策划的方法及桥式起重机安装操作具体工艺措施。结果证明,安装质量优良。 The installation of overhead crane is the primary condition of concrete pouring and mechanical and electrical installation in the main plant of pumped storage power station. The large crane of overhead traveling crane is the difficulty in the installation of overhead traveling crane. The whole process of site setting and lifting process of overhead crane of Xiangshuijian Pumped Storage Power Station was designed by using AutoCAD software. Combined with the limited installation space such as the underground workshop space, this paper introduced the method of installation planning using AutoCAD and the specific technical measures for the installation and operation of overhead traveling crane. The results show that the installation of good quality.
