随着国际经济形式的转变,我国铸造行业逐渐进入创新发展阶段。目前,我国专业化铸造人才缺乏和队伍流失现象严重。通过分析铸造行业人才需求结构以及人才队伍构建形式,对我国铸造行业人才培养模式进行了论述。指出了建立专业人才再学习机制必要性,为铸造人才教育培训制度的建立提供思路。
With the transformation of the international economic form, China’s foundry industry has gradually entered the stage of innovation and development. At present, China’s lack of specialized casting talent and the loss of the team are serious. By analyzing the demand structure of talent in the foundry industry and the form of building the talent pool, this paper discusses the personnel training mode in the foundry industry in our country. It points out the necessity of establishing the re-learning mechanism for professionals and provides ideas for the establishment of education and training system for casting talents.
