本实验采用原子吸收光谱法,对大鼠胫骨闭合性骨折早期愈合过程中血清、骨痂及骨组织中钙、锌、铜含量的变化以及应用丹参治疗后的影响作了研究。发现丹参可明显增加血清和骨痂中钙、锌含量及锌/铜比值,抑制血清铜水平的升高和降低骨折断端邻近骨组织中锌的含量;且骨痂钙含量与骨痂中锌/铜比值呈明显的正相关。结果提示,丹参促进骨折愈合的作用,与其提高血清锌含量、加强骨折断端邻近骨组织中锌的动员,以及通过提高骨痂中锌含量、锌/铜比值来加速骨痂组织生长和钙化过程有关。
In this experiment, atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to study the changes of calcium, zinc, and copper contents in serum, bone callus, and bone tissue during the early healing process of closed tibial fractures in rats and the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment. It was found that Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly increase the serum calcium and zinc content and zinc/copper ratio in serum and callus, inhibit the increase of serum copper level and decrease the zinc content in the bone adjacent to the broken end; and the calcium content of bone callus and zinc in bone callus. The copper/copper ratio showed a clear positive correlation. The results suggest that salvia miltiorrhiza promotes fracture healing, increases serum zinc content, enhances mobilization of zinc in adjacent bone tissue at the fracture end, and accelerates bone callus tissue growth and calcification by increasing zinc content and zinc/copper ratio in bone callus. related.
