Laryngeal cancer is a common head and neck cancer, 85% to 90% of squamous cell carcinoma. According to statistics, there were 12,740 new cases in the United States in 2011, with 3,560 deaths. The occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer is a multifactorial, multi-step, multi-gene involved in the complex process, and is regulated by a variety of signaling pathways.
