目的研究天舒胶囊化学成分及大鼠ig天舒胶囊后血中移行成分。方法以UPLC-Q-TOF-MS作为分析方法,以阿魏酸、咖啡酸、盐酸川芎嗪、天麻素、5-羟甲基糠醛和藁本内酯作为对照,综合分析总离子流色谱图、提取离子流图及质谱图等信息,通过对比各色谱峰的保留时间及质谱图特征,确认天舒胶囊化学成分及大鼠ig天舒胶囊后血中移行成分。结果推断出天舒胶囊中24个化学成分,其中5个来源于天麻,其他19个来源于川芎;给药后血浆中共发现13个原型成分。结论为阐明天舒胶囊药效物质基础和完善质量标准提供依据。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Tianshu capsule and the rat ig Tianshu capsule after blood migration components. Methods UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was used as an analytical method, and the total ion chromatogram was analyzed by using ferulic acid, caffeic acid, ligustrazine hydrochloride, gastrodin, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and ligustilide as controls. Extract ion chromatogram and mass spectrometry and other information, by comparing the retention time of each peak and mass spectrometry features to confirm the chemical composition of Tianshu capsule and rat ig Tianshu capsule after blood migration components. Results The 24 chemical constituents in Tianshu capsule were inferred, of which 5 were from Gastrodia elata, the other 19 were from Chuanxiong; 13 prototypes were found in plasma after administration. Conclusion To provide the basis for elucidating the material basis of Tianshu capsule and improving the quality standard.
