上海市农科院食用菌所与上海市农业局菌种站、南汇食用菌技术推广站协作,将分离到的金针菇种源,用木屑、米糠、棉籽壳等为主要原料制成的栽培料袋栽。经三年时间反复试验,育成的金针菇“SFV-9”新菌种,具有产量高,质量好,出菇整齐,菌柄粗细均匀,菌盖内卷不易开伞等特点。并且商品性状较好,子实体呈乳白色,绒毛极少,一级品比例
