应用催化裂化装置动态机理模型及其仿真软件平台, 对反应温度和反应热两种反应控制策略进行了分析比较。在反应压力控制回路处于开环的情况下,反应温度控制时系统不稳定,而采用反应热控制时系统则是稳定的。反应压力闭环控制后,从控制器给定值改变后各变量的动态响应来看,反应温度控制时系统动态变化时间较长, 各变量变化幅度较大, 而采用反应热控制时系统动态变化时间短, 各变量变化幅度也较小。
The dynamic mechanism model of catalytic cracking unit and its simulation software platform are used to analyze and compare the two reaction control strategies of reaction temperature and reaction heat. When the reaction pressure control loop is open-loop, the system is not stable when the reaction temperature is controlled, but the system is stable when the reaction heat is used.
