目的探讨机械清洗手术器械的有效润滑保养方法。方法 10个同种外科手术器械包随机分为实验组和对照组,每组5个手术包,每个手术包含轴节器械61件。实验组器械在完成机械清洗、上油程序后,对其关节、切割面等部位补充喷雾润滑油;对照组器械完成机械清洗、上油程序后,直接打包灭菌;用盲法观察两组手术包机洗后器械生锈率、器械关节灵活度。结果实验组手术包使用288次,器械17 568件次,累计器械生锈率1.67%;对照组手术包使用276次,器械16 836件次,累计器械生锈率8.95%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组器械关节灵活合格率99.2%,对照组器械关节灵活合格率87.5%,两组比较差异(P<0.01)有统计学意义。结论经过机械清洗后的手术器械,对其关键部位作喷雾润滑保养,使器械关节灵活,生锈率明显降低,使用寿命延长。
Objective To explore the effective lubrication maintenance of mechanical cleaning instruments. Methods Ten surgical instruments were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Each group included 5 surgical kits, each of which consisted of 61 axial instruments. After completing the mechanical cleaning and oiling procedures, the experimental device was replenished with spray lubricant on joints, cutting surfaces and other parts. The control device was directly packaged and sterilized after mechanical cleaning and oiling procedures. The two groups of surgical procedures Charters washing machine rust rate, mechanical joint flexibility. Results In the experimental group 288 cases were used, 17 568 instruments were used, the cumulative rusting rate was 1.67%, that in the control group 276 times and 16 836 instruments were used, the cumulative rate of rusting was 8.95%. There was statistical difference between the two groups Significance (P <0.01). The flexible rate of joint in the experimental group was 99.2% and that of the control group was 87.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion After mechanical cleaning of surgical instruments, the key parts for spray lubrication and maintenance, so that joints flexible equipment, rust rate was significantly reduced, extended service life.
