“国情与战略”栏目从本期开始,在继续报道和研讨我国经济和社会发展战略的同时,将陆续向读者介绍我国一些区域性的发展战略和规划方面的情况。随着我国城市改革的深入发展,以城市为中心的经济区正在逐步形成,势将成为连接我国宏观经济与微观经济的一种“中观经济”。这种中观的区域性的发展战略和规划已提到有关部门和地区的工作日程上,也为一些研究机构和研究人员所关注。为此,本栏决定辟出一块这样的园地,供大家研讨、交流有关问题和情况。本期由清华大学社会科学系魏宏森同志撰文,介绍关于发展战略与区域规划的一些基本知识。同时刊登一篇关于黑龙江省发展战略的概述。 Starting with this issue, we will continue to introduce and introduce some of China’s regional development strategies and planning situations while continuing to cover and discuss China’s economic and social development strategies.
