目的:了解浙江省绍兴市超市、医院、证券公司、商场、办公楼、酒店及宾馆7类场所中央空调系统军团菌污染状况和血清型别。方法:随机采集绍兴市42家公共场所集中式中央空调冷却塔水110份,经酸处理,以GVPC、BCYE、血平板进行菌落筛选,并应用生化反应、PCR鉴定,最后进行血清学分型,再以PCR方法加以验证。结果:110份冷却塔水军团菌检出率达67.27%(74/110),其中超市、医院、宾馆、证券公司、商场、酒店及办公楼的阳性率分别为82.35%、78.57%、72.73%、71.43%、62.50%、52.94%、16.67%。74份水样中分离到90株军团菌,血清型别多样化,但以LP1为主,同一份水样同时检出2个或3个型别的占总检出水样的17.57%(13/74)。结论:绍兴市公共场所中央空调冷却水中军团菌污染严重,血清型别多样化,对人群健康构成潜在威胁,需要引起重视以防军团菌病的暴发流行。
Objective: To understand the status and serotypes of Legionella pneumophila in seven types of central air-conditioning systems in supermarkets, hospitals, securities companies, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels and hotels in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. Methods: A total of 110 central air conditioning cooling tower water were collected from 42 public places in Shaoxing City. The cells were acid-treated and screened by GVPC, BCYE and blood plate. Biochemical reactions and PCR were used to identify colonies. Finally, serological typing was performed. PCR method to be verified. Results: The detection rate of Legionella in 110 water cooling towers was 67.27% (74/110). The positive rates of supermarkets, hospitals, hotels, securities companies, shopping malls, hotels and office buildings were 82.35%, 78.57% and 72.73% respectively, , 71.43%, 62.50%, 52.94%, 16.67%. Ninety-four strains of Legionella were isolated from 74 water samples, with the serotypes being diversified. However, LP1 was the most common type, and 17.57% (13 / 74). Conclusion: The contamination of Legionella in central air conditioning cooling water in public places in Shaoxing is serious and the serotypes are diversified, posing a potential threat to the health of the population. It is necessary to pay attention to prevent outbreaks of Legionella.
