一、引言精密铂电阻温度计的稳定性介于标准铂电阻温度计与工业铂热电阻之间,近年来被广泛应用于温度测量领域,其分度和标定的方法一直为人们所关注。标准铂电阻温度计根据ITS-1990国际温标定义的固定点法进行分度,准确度较高。工业铂热电阻主要采用CVD方程法进行分度,但是CVD方程法存在不确定度较大等问题,很难满足0~300℃整个温度段的精密测温要求。
