文章对警察权的理性支解和必要让渡进行了论述,提出要以建立我国社会主义民主政治和法制为目的,以市场经济要求为导向,对警察权的权限范围进行规范。
The article elaborates on the rational branch of police power and the necessary assignment, and puts forward that we should standardize the scope of authority of police power with the aim of establishing socialist democracy and legal system of our country and the requirement of market economy.
