本文从应用观点出发,利用不同热处理方法的镍铬——镍铝套管偶或者是镍铬、镍铝偶丝,进行热电势测试。发现在试验中,由于镍铬10合金的有序转变而使电偶在350℃测温时,产生2~3℃的误差。这对于高精度高可靠性的电偶来说,是不允许的。因此寻找了一种稳定化处理(时效处理)工艺,使得凡经过这种处理的套管偶,在400℃以下工作,不但精度高,而且稳定性好。在350℃工作10000小时后,电势变化不超过0.5℃。
