在生产染料及其中间体的化工厂废水中常含有苯胺类化合物,准确测定其含量是废水治理,环境保护的一个重要课题。目前,此类物质的测定方法有重氮偶合分光光度法和荧光分析法,前者更为常用,即以苯胺配制标准溶液,加亚硝酸钠重氮化,以N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺为偶合剂,在最佳发色条件下作出工作曲线,以测定废水中苯胺类化合物的总量,折合成苯胺的含量。我们用上述方法对染料中间体生产中的废水进行分析,发现当苯环上连有不同取代基时,其测定结果会带来一定的误差。
In the production of dyes and intermediates in chemical plant wastewater often contain aniline compounds, accurate determination of its content is wastewater treatment, environmental protection is an important issue.
