本文探讨了矿物掺合料在混凝土中的应用,将P·I52.5水泥掺入部分矿粉、粉煤灰代替P·O42.5水泥,研究对水泥及混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:P·I52.5代替P·O42.5水泥后,提高了水泥抗折强度、水泥胶砂流动度,但是水泥早期抗压强度有所降低,水泥凝结时间有所延长;混凝土坍落度有所降低,混凝土坍落度损失增加,使用激发剂后,混凝土性能得到了改善,降低了混凝土成本。
In this paper, the application of mineral admixtures in concrete is discussed. The P · I52.5 cement is mixed with some ore powder and fly ash instead of P · O42.5 cement to study the influence on cement and concrete properties. The results show that: P · I52.5 instead of P · O42.5 cement, improve the flexural strength of cement, cement mortar fluidity, but the early compressive strength of cement decreased, the cement setting time has been extended; concrete slump Degree decreased, the loss of concrete slump increases, the use of stimulants, the concrete performance has been improved, reducing the cost of concrete.
