当前,各级工会财务部门必须要深入学习和全面贯彻落实党的十八大精神,坚持以邓小平理论、三个代表重要思想和科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕工会工作的大局,加强财务管理,在管好、用好工会经费的同时,特别要用好财政部门给予工会的补助资金,提高资金使用绩效,为坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路打下坚实的物质基础。
