1.修正貝母素甲及貝母素乙的實驗式順次為C_(27)H_(45)O_3N及C_(27)H_(43)O_3N。 2.貝母素甲及乙分子中證明不合甲氧基或乙氧基,亦不合甲氮基或乙氮基,亦無活潑>C=C<鍵及叔醇羥基,二者皆至少含有三個甲碳基。貝母素乙分子中未能找出活潑次甲基的存在。 3.製備了貝母素甲的硫氰酸鹽,貝母素乙的硫氰酸鹽,及貝母素乙的碘甲季銨鹽。 4.貝母素甲用硒脫氫,得鹼性產物四種:C_(25)H_(37)N,苦味酸鹽熔點220°;C_(26)H_(37)N,苦味酸鹽熔點193°;C_(26)H_(37)O_2N,熔點228°;C_(26)H_(41)O_3N,熔點256°。
1. The modified empirical formulas for Fritillaria and Fritillaria B were C_(27)H_(45)O_3N and C_(27)H_(43)O_3N. 2. In the case of Fritillaria A and B, it is proved that there is no methoxy group or ethoxy group, nor is it a methionyl group or acetyl group, and there is no active >C=C< bond and a tertiary alcohol group, both of which contain at least three A methyl group. The presence of active methine was not found in the Fritillaria B molecule. 3. The thiocyanate of pelimisone A, the thiocyanate of peliminate B, and the iodine quaternary ammonium salt of peliminate B were prepared. 4. The dehydrogenation of selenium from selenium to beneficone resulted in four basic products: C_(25)H_(37)N, melting point of picrates 220°, C_(26)H_(37)N, melting point of picrates 193 °; C_(26)H_(37)O_2N, melting point 228°; C_(26)H_(41)O_3N, melting point 256°.
