老年慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常临床治疗

目的探讨临床对老年慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常患者的治疗效果。方法回顾分析了2015年10月~2016年10月期间我院接诊并给予药物治疗的98例老年慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常病患的诊疗资料,对其发病原因、病症特点、诊断依据、治疗方法及其预后进行全面统计分析。结果:以心功能改善治疗为主,先控制原发病,再应用抗心律失常药物治疗,随访本组98例患者的心律失常病症均明显好转,且心功能改善显著,有效率达97.96%(96/98)。结论:治疗老年慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常的关键是及早纠正其心功能不全,经利弊权衡后再合理给予抗心律失常药物治疗。如仅行抗心力衰竭常规治疗即可取得明显疗效者,可避免接受抗心律失常药物治疗,以防药物作用引发心功能恶化而致心律失常。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The improvement of heart function was the main method, the primary disease was controlled and the anti-arrhythmic drugs were used. The follow-up of 98 patients with arrhythmia was significantly improved and the heart function improved significantly, the effective rate was 97.96% 96/98). Conclusion: The key to the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia is to correct their cardiac dysfunction as soon as possible, and then give appropriate antiarrhythmic drug treatment after weighing the pros and cons. If only conventional treatment of anti-heart failure can be significantly effective who can avoid receiving anti-arrhythmic drug treatment, to prevent the drug caused by deterioration of cardiac function and arrhythmia.
