冷冻铸造工艺(FCP)给传统的近终形铸件的生产提供了一个极好的选择余地。一套FCP设备和人员的费用比失蜡或泡沫塑料的工艺需要的费用低35%~50%。制冰成本(包括水和添加剂)每磅仅3~5分钱。因而FCP可用生产砂型铸件的费用生产质量相当于蜡型精密铸造的铸件。可进行冷冻铸造的材料有:灰铁、锻铁、钢、铝和铜。本文叙述了冷冻铸造的工艺,发展过程中碰到的问题和 The Freeze Casting Process (FCP) provides an excellent alternative to traditional near-end castings.
