共青团中央关于团干部培训的“321行动”计划,已在上海正式启动。今年以来,上海团校已先后举办了十期“团干部资格证书考试培训班”来自上海各行各业的团干部通过学习培训,有了许多意想不到的收获。在社会主义市场经济条件下,在深化改革的进程中,共青团工作如何创新?共青团事业如何发展?这是广大共青团干部关注的问题,也是共青团工作改革和发展的重大课题。本刊发表的这一组文章,反映了基层团组织在这些方面的探索和实践。文章虽短,事例虽小,却闪烁着实践的光芒,展现了共青团干部不懈追求和开拓创新的风貌。今后,我们将陆续发表这类文章,并希望广大团干部进一步从大量的探索和实践中,发掘规律性的东西,总结出理论成果,理论与实践相结合,努力开创21世纪共青团工作的新辉煌。
The “321 Action” plan of CYL Central Committee on training cadres has been officially launched in Shanghai. Since the beginning of this year, the Communist Youth League in Shanghai has successively held 10 training courses for examination of the qualifications of group cadres. The cadres from all walks of life in Shanghai learned and trained many unexpected things. Under the condition of socialist market economy, how to innovate the work of the Communist Youth League in the process of deepening the reform? How to develop the cause of the Communist Youth League? This is a matter of concern to the cadres of the Communist Youth League and also a major issue for the reform and development of the work of the Communist Youth League. This series of articles published in this magazine reflects the exploration and practice by these grassroots organizations in these fields. Although the article is short and the case is small, it shines with the light of practice and shows the untiring pursuit and pioneering and innovative style of CYL cadres. From now on, we will publish such articles one after another, and hope that the CYL cadres will further explore regularity from a great deal of exploration and practice, sum up theoretical achievements, combine theory with practice, and strive to create a new glory for the CYL in the 21st century .
