目的 :研究毛叶木姜子叶挥发油的化学成分 ,并与其果油的化学成分作比较。方法 :用毛叶木姜子叶的水蒸汽蒸馏所得的油状物 ,通过气相色谱 质谱分析 ,结合计算机检索技术对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定 ,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果 :分离和鉴定了 41种成分 ,占挥发油总量的 91 .46 %。结论 :毛叶木姜子叶挥发油的主要成分为单萜和倍半萜 ,与果实挥发油的化学成分相差很大。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of cotyledons of the leaves of M. oleifera and compare them with the chemical components of the fruit oil. Methods: The oils obtained from the steam distillation of cotyledon of ginger leaves were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The chemical constituents were separated and identified by computer-assisted extraction techniques. The relative percentage of each component was determined by the chromatographic peak area normalization method. content. Results: 41 components were separated and identified, accounting for 91.46 % of the total volatile oil. Conclusion : The main components of the volatile oil of cotyledon of gingerleaf ginger are monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. The chemical composition of volatile oil is very different from that of fruit.
