为了解决高应力破碎围岩条件下钻场支护问题,对赵固二矿11021上顺槽钻场进行了围岩移动规律研究,结果表明:一次强力支护未能达到良好支护效果。通过对原有支护材料和支护方式分析,认为具有大延伸率的对接长锚杆更能适应围岩变形,据此,提出了采用对接长锚杆的二次支护技术。在赵固二矿钻场的工业性试验也表明,使用二次支护技术后,钻场顶板下沉量和两帮移近量在一次支护期间都被控制在了允许的范围内,二次支护期间围岩进一步趋于平衡,采用对接长锚杆进行钻场二次支护的新技术取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of drilling field support under high stress and broken surrounding rock, the research on the surrounding rock movement of 11021 Shangshun Slot Drilling Site in Zhaogou No.2 Mine shows that once a strong support can not achieve good support effect. Based on the analysis of the original support materials and support modes, it is considered that the long anchor rod with large elongation can adapt to the deformation of surrounding rock. Therefore, the secondary support technology with long anchor rod is proposed. Industrial tests at the Zhagou No.2 drilling site also show that after the secondary support technology is used, the amount of roof subsidence and the amount of two shifts near the drill site are controlled within the allowable range during one support. During the secondary support period, the surrounding rock further tends to balance. The new technique of secondary support with long anchor rod for drilling field has achieved good results.
