长期以来,施工企业普遍存在施工现场设备管理薄弱的现象,项目法管理中“短、频、快”的主导思想与施工设备管理“长期、持续、稳定”的矛盾一直困扰着我们的施工企业。尤其在环境极端恶劣的青藏铁路工程中,设备管理的难度进一步加大,现行的设备管理模式根本无法保证施工生产的顺利进行。针对这一实际情况,中铁五局集团与广州大学设备管理研究所合作,首次将全员规范化生产维修(TNPM)这一具有中国特色的TPM管理模式引入青藏铁路施工设备现场管理中,取得了显著成效。
For a long time, there is a widespread weakness in the management of construction equipment at construction sites. The contradiction between the guiding principle of “short, frequent and fast” in project management and the “long-term, sustained and steady” management of construction equipment has always plagued our construction enterprises. Especially in the extremely harsh environment of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the difficulty of equipment management is further increased. The current equipment management mode can not guarantee the smooth progress of construction and production. In response to this fact, the cooperation between the China Railway Group and the Equipment Management Institute of Guangzhou University, for the first time, introduced the TPM management model with Chinese characteristics of full-scale standardized production and maintenance (TNPM) into on-site management of construction equipment on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and achieved remarkable results Effective.
