Objective To observe the changes of body weight, food intake, water intake, stool volume, urine volume and a series of biological characterization under the double intervention of electrical stimulation and dry and cold food. Methods 30 ICR mice were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Body mass, food intake, water intake, stool volume, urine volume and the changes of various biological characteristics were observed every day for 21 days. Results ① The body weight of mice in the two-factor intervention group was statistically significant compared with the control group from the first day to the seventh day, and was significantly different from the eighth to the fourteenth day and from the ninth day to the 21st day. In the 21st day, There was a difference in drinking water, while others showed no significant difference. (2) Compared with the normal control group, mice in the two-factor intervention group showed a series of symptoms different from those in the control group, from the beginning of the active to the mid-term emergence of irritability, Ze, tail claws thin, sensitive to the stimulus response; as late appears less moving hi, insensitive to irritation, dark hair color, easy to fall off, capture resistance weakened, urine dark yellow, less; Task group compared to pure electrical stimulation group and found that the two-factor effect is not the same as the two factors are completely superimposed effect. Conclusion These two factors can exert a series of biological changes after being applied to mice, and this change has a time-dependent nature. It is in line with TCM’s understanding that the card is a pathological essence of a certain stage of the disease. At the same time, two factors There is an interaction relationship different from the superposition of single effects.
