对当前推广的和近年选育的13个水稻品种抗性进行初步鉴定.结果表明,不同水稻品种对草矮病毒的抗性存在明显差异.以各品种的发病比率划分抗性等级,结果未发现有免疫品种.筛选出高抗品种1个,占总数的7.7%;中抗品种7个,占总数的53.8%;中感品种4个,占总数的30.8%;高感品种1个,占总数的7.7%.不同抗性品种的症状表现也有所不同.利用A蛋白酶联免疫吸附反应(SPA-ELISA)检测结果表明,水稻品种抗性程度与病株中病毒含量呈负相关,且在水稻不同发病时期、不同部位病株体内的病毒含量也有所不同
The resistance of the 13 rice varieties currently popularized and bred in recent years was initially identified. The results showed that there were significant differences in the resistance of different rice varieties to grass dwarf virus. The resistance level was divided by the incidence of each species, and as a result, no immune species was found. A high resistance variety was screened out, accounting for 7.7% of the total; 7 were moderately resistant varieties, accounting for 53.8% of the total; 4 were susceptible varieties, accounting for 30.8% of the total; 1 were highly susceptible varieties, 7.7% of the total. Different resistant varieties have different symptoms. The results of SPA-ELISA showed that the resistance of rice cultivars was negatively correlated with the virus content in diseased plants, and the virus content in diseased plants was also different at different disease stages of rice
