英国的劳动基准法律已相对形成了一套完善的“底线性权利”体系,涉及劳动合同、信息保护制度、工资制度、工时制度、解雇保护制度、反就业歧视制度等方面。这不仅体现了政府主动参与社会与经济管理的治国理念,而且体现了权利至上的社会法原则。
The Labor Standards Law in the United Kingdom has formed a comprehensive system of “bottom line rights” that covers labor contracts, information protection, wage system, working hour system, dismissal protection system and anti-employment discrimination system. This not only reflects the government’s idea of governing the country voluntarily participating in social and economic management, but also reflects the principle of the supremacy of social law.
