目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心妇产科收治的184例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组92例。对照组患者给予常规围术期护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施优质护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、舒适度、基础护理优良率以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,基础护理优良率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度以及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施优质护理,可促进患者早日康复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量,患者舒适度以及满意度均较高。 Objective To explore the value of quality nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 184 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy admitted from obstetrics and gynecology department of Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation according to random number table Group, 92 cases in each group. Conclusions The implementation of quality nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can promote early recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of care, and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
