1987年广西大新县开展全县性残疾人抽样调查,据调查结果推算,全县共有盲人1297人,盲人率为0.355％,与粟惜(?)调查的0.35％相近。为了尽快对盲人进行治疗,1988年11月及1989年12月在区卫生厅、民政厅、区残疾人联合会、区“三康”办公室的大力支持下,派出防盲治盲技术指导组,协助当地县医院开展防盲治盲工作,取得一定效果,现报道如下。方法 (一)健全县医院五官科为中心的防盲治盲基地。全县共20个乡卫生院没有一个卫生院设有五官科,也没有一个五官科医师,
In 1987, Daxin County, Guangxi carried out a sample survey of all disabled people in the county.
