用声弹性法无损检测了铁路车轮轮辆的残余应力,利用无需接触介质就能接收超声波的电磁波探头(EMAT)测量了向周向和径向偏振的剪力波的传播时间.每个测量点的测量时间为2秒.基础试验表明用EMAT测量设备测量应力的精度为20MPa。现场试验特续了一年以评价铁路机车车轮轮辆的残余应力变化。得出结论,用EMAT测量装置测量轮掴残余应力变化具有很高的精度。
Residual stresses of railway wheel and wheel were non-destructively tested by acoustic-elastic method. The electromagnetic wave probe (EMAT) which can receive ultrasonic wave without touching the medium was used to measure the propagation time of shear wave polarized in the circumferential and radial direction. The measurement time for each measurement point is 2 seconds. The basic tests showed that the accuracy of stress measurement with the EMAT measuring equipment was 20 MPa. The field test went on for a year to evaluate the residual stress changes of wheel and wheel of railway locomotive. Concluded that the use of EMAT measuring device to measure wheel residual stress changes with high accuracy.
