以上海市漕宝路为例 ,研究现阶段中国大城市郊区新市街形成的过程和机制 ,研究证明新市街的形成演化基本上是按着 ,住宅个体装潢建材业生活服务业较大型商业与金融业的次序进行的 ,形成机制主要受市场需求、道路区位和城市规划控制 .提出加强过渡期间城市管理、商业布局要与新市街演化过程相协调和商业配置注重“社会最佳”的思想
Taking Caobao Road in Shanghai as an example, this paper studies the process and mechanism of the formation of new markets in the suburbs of China’s metropolis at this stage. The study proves that the formation and evolution of new markets are basically based on the fact that residential individual decoration and building materials industry living service industry is larger than commercial and financial The formation mechanism is mainly controlled by the market demand, the road location and the urban planning control. It is proposed that strengthening the management of the city during the transitional period should be coordinated with the evolution of the new city street and that the commercial allocation should focus on the idea of “the best in society”
