测井质量控制(LQC)是众多石油公司采用的地层评价过程中最重要的活动之一。因为有效的LQC需要建立严格的质量控制(QC)标准和使用明确定义的程序。知识库(KB)系统是一种为全体测井质量管理人员提供计算机保障的理想工具。意大利AGIP公司提出一项LQC表格自动编译的计划,由服务公司在磁带上以LIS的格式提供数字化数据开始的。在设计该系统时,采纳了现行的LQC经验;并保持LQC表格的直观结构。在可能的测井质量问题的基础上,对于这些方法的逻辑成分,由一系列方法规则来确定全部的验证技术。该系统同时以自动和交互的两种方式操作。该系统也配置一种交互多井自动程序。使用这种由界面提供的功能,用户能够判明质量差的层段,并且确定缺陷的严重程度。在AGIP井中大量标准技术服务的记录上,样机已经确定,承认它的优点和局限性的意义。
Logging Quality Control (LQC) is one of the most important activities in the formation evaluation process used by many oil companies. Because effective LQC requires the establishment of stringent quality control (QC) standards and the use of well-defined procedures. The Knowledge Base (KB) system is an ideal tool for providing computer assurance to all logging quality managers. AGIP AG, Italy, proposes a plan to automatically compile LQC forms by service companies on digital tape in the LIS format. In designing this system, the current LQC experience was adopted; the intuitive structure of the LQC form was maintained. Based on possible logging quality issues, a set of methodological rules is used to determine the full range of validation techniques for the logical components of these methods. The system operates both automatically and interactively. The system also configures an interactive multi-well automation program. Using this interface functionality, the user can identify poor quality intervals and determine the severity of the defect. On the record of a large number of standard technical services in the AGIP well, the prototype has been identified, acknowledging its merits and limitations.
