以废聚苯乙烯颗粒为造孔剂制备钢渣多孔吸声材料,研究粉煤灰添加量、烧结温度、烧结时间和造孔剂掺加量对钢渣多孔材料性能的影响。实验结果显示,该方法制备的多孔吸声材料的显气孔率达到50.0%以上;材料抗压强度和平均吸声系数分别达到3.0 MPa和0.47以上。综合考虑材料性能、能源消耗和生产成本,较优的制备条件如下:粉煤灰添加量50%、废聚苯乙烯颗粒质量3.6g、烧结温度1100℃和烧结时间7.5h。
The waste slag porous sound-absorbing material was prepared by using waste polystyrene particles as pore-forming agent, and the effects of fly ash addition amount, sintering temperature, sintering time and pore-forming agent dosage on the properties of steel slag porous material were studied. The experimental results show that the porosity of the porous sound-absorbing material prepared by the method reaches above 50.0%; the compressive strength and the average sound-absorption coefficient of the material reach 3.0 MPa and 0.47 respectively. Considering the material properties, energy consumption and production costs, the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: the amount of fly ash added 50%, the mass of waste polystyrene particles 3.6g, the sintering temperature 1100 ℃ and the sintering time 7.5h.
