金历来被用作货币保值和饰品材料。由于其储量有限,以及独一无二的物化性能,所以一直作为货币金属。在过去,无论是个人还是国家,都把黄金储备作为拥有财富的象征。但在化学性质方面,尤其是作为催化剂活性组分,金一直被认为是不活泼的。直到20世纪80年代末,人们才发现了它许多神奇的催化性能。目前,环境污染与防治是一个人们所关注的涉及经济社会多个方面的问题,石化企业、机动车辆都会排放许多有毒或有害的气体污染物,它危害威胁着我们生活与生存的环境。另外,在许多特殊场合和作业点中,也会有这样那样的污染物,可能危害操作人员的生命与健康。冶理环境污染所采用方法较多,但催化净化是比较常用的方法之一。正当人们就解决某些问题感到困难的时候,纳米金催化剂为人们提供了新的技术与材料。
Gold has always been used as currency hedging and jewelry materials. Because of its limited reserves, and unique physical and chemical properties, it has been as a currency. In the past, both the individual and the nation used the gold reserve as a symbol of wealth. However, in terms of chemical properties, especially as a catalyst active component, gold has always been considered as inactive. It was not until the late 1980s that many of its amazing catalytic properties were discovered. At present, environmental pollution and prevention and control are issues that people are concerned about in many aspects of economy and society. Petrochemical enterprises and motor vehicles emit many toxic or harmful gaseous pollutants, which endanger the environment that threatens our life and survival. In addition, on many special occasions and at work sites, there are also such pollutants that may endanger the lives and health of operators. Metallurgical methods used in environmental pollution are more, but catalytic purification is one of the more commonly used methods. Just as people find it difficult to solve certain problems, nano-gold catalysts provide people with new technologies and materials.
