红色无硫菌(purple non-sulphur bacteria,以下简称PB)是无毒、自身营养价值较高且能净化水质和促进浮游生物生长繁殖的水圈微生物,属光合细菌(PSB)中红螺菌科的细菌。在室外池塘利用PB培育鲢、鳙、草鱼鱼苗的研究尚未见正式报道,为了探讨利用PB培育家鱼鱼苗的技术,我们于1991年进行了此项试验研究。一、材料与方法 (一)池塘与水源:共6口池塘,总水面13.9亩,其中有3个试验池,3个对照池。水源为机井水,经生石灰清塘,毒性消失后放养鱼苗。池塘平均水深1.3~1.5米。各池底有淤泥,泥厚25厘米左右。 (二)PB及其施用方法:每毫升PB含菌50亿个,主要为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas)。将PB菌液现场以池水稀
