国有企业思想政治工作是国有企业管理的重要组成部分,企业文化对企业生产经营有巨大的促进作用。国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设相互融合,取长补短,发挥二者整体优势,有利于提高企业职工整体素质,增强其核心竞争力。本文就国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设融合问题进行探讨。
Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is an important part of the management of state-owned enterprises. Corporate culture has a huge role in promoting the production and operation of enterprises. The integration of ideological and political work and the building of enterprise culture in state-owned enterprises will give full play to each other’s strengths and bring into play the overall advantages of both, which will be conducive to enhancing the overall quality of employees and enhancing their core competitiveness. This paper discusses the integration of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises and the construction of corporate culture.
