目的考察用β-环糊精包合椒目CO2超临界萃取油的工艺条件。方法以包合物收率和油利用率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择椒目油与β-环糊精的用量比、包合温度及搅拌时间为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化包合椒目油的工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺条件为椒目油与β-环糊精的用量比1∶8,包合温度50℃,搅拌时间3 h。结论椒目油的β-环糊精包合工艺合理、可行,有效地提高了椒目油的稳定性。
Objective To investigate the technological conditions of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction with β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods The comprehensive score of inclusion compound yield and oil utilization rate was taken as the evaluation index, and the dosage ratio of pepper oil and β-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature and stirring time were selected as the main factors to make L9 (34) orthogonal Test, optimize the process conditions covered by pepper head oil. Results The optimal conditions of inclusion process were that the dosage of pepper oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1:8, the inclusion temperature was 50 ℃ and the stirring time was 3 h. Conclusion β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of pepper oil is reasonable, feasible and effective to improve the stability of pepper oil.
