路用层铺式钢纤维混凝土是采用钢纤维分层铺设在素混凝土内部的一种混凝土结构形式。文中通过采用不同掺量和不同位置布置钢纤维混凝土与普通素混凝土进行力学性能对比试验,分析层铺式钢纤维混凝土的力学性能与破坏特征。结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度发生变化,尤其是双层层铺式钢纤维混凝土抗折强度更要优于素混凝土,当双层钢纤维掺量在0.6和1.2kg/(m2·层)时,层铺式钢纤维混凝土的抗折强度比普通素混凝土分别提高了13.4%和17.7%。根据能量耗能原理以及混凝土试件抗折破坏特征,得出钢纤维对抑制混凝土的早期裂缝和受载后保持混凝土基体的整体性有重要作用。
Road layer with steel fiber reinforced concrete is the use of steel fiber layered in plain concrete inside a concrete structure. In this paper, by comparing the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete with ordinary plain concrete with different dosage and location, the mechanical properties and failure characteristics of the layered steel fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of steel fiber content, the compressive strength and flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete change, especially the double-decked steel fiber reinforced concrete flexural strength is better than that of plain concrete, When the fiber content is 0.6 and 1.2kg / (m2 · layer), the flexural strength of the layered steel fiber reinforced concrete is 13.4% and 17.7% higher than that of plain concrete. According to the principle of energy dissipation and the characteristics of flexural failure of concrete specimens, it is concluded that steel fiber plays an important role in suppressing the early cracks in concrete and keeping the integrity of concrete matrix after loading.
