根据上海宝钢RH处理过程的特点和实际处理过程 ,建立了三维流动、温度场数学模型 ,对RH钢包内钢水的流动以及处理过程中的热量损失进行了研究 ,结果表明 :在RH处理过程中 ,钢包散热和合金加入导致的散热占处理过程散热的绝大部分。
According to the characteristics and actual treatment process of Shanghai Baosteel RH treatment process, a mathematical model of three-dimensional flow and temperature field was established to study the flow of molten steel in RH ladle and the heat loss during the treatment. The results showed that during RH treatment, Ladle heat dissipation and heat dissipation caused by the addition of alloy accounted for the vast majority of heat treatment process.
