内蒙古自音敖包云杉的归属问题一直争论较大,主要有两种意见:共一认为此地云杉应属红皮云杉(Picea Koraiensis Nakai);其二认为应属白枰云杉 (Picea meyeri Rehd.et Wils.)。笔者通过标本研究和实地考查,认为此地云杉与白杆云杉和红皮云杉相似,但亦有差异(见附表),并根据地理分布分析,将其作为白千云杉的变种即蒙古云杉(Picea meyeri Rehd.et Wils.Var.mongolica H.Q.Wu Var nov.)是合适的。
