石墨烯铝基复合材料的制备及其性能

首次提出利用石墨烯的结构特点和力学性能,制备高强度、高模量的石墨烯铝基复合材料。改进了氧化还原法制备石墨烯的工艺流程,在98℃还原温度下制备石墨烯。采用氧化石墨烯胶体中加入CuSO4并还原的方法制备石墨烯-Cu,增大了密度,提高了石墨烯与金属熔体间的润湿性。采用机械搅拌法,在660~720℃温度区间加入石墨烯-Cu,初步制备了石墨烯铝基复合材料,其硬度相对于纯铝基体提高了约40%。 It is the first time to make use of the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of graphene to prepare high strength and high modulus graphene aluminum matrix composites. The redox process for preparing graphene is improved, and graphene is prepared at a reduction temperature of 98 ° C. Graphene-Cu is prepared by adding CuSO4 to the graphene oxide and reducing the graphene to increase the density and improve the wettability between the graphene and the metal melt. By mechanical stirring method, graphene-Cu was added in the temperature range of 660-720 ℃. The graphene aluminum matrix composites were preliminarily prepared, the hardness of which increased about 40% with respect to pure aluminum matrix.
