目的:建立冬仙胶囊中虫草素含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定冬仙胶囊中虫草素的含量,色谱柱为Allti maC18柱,流动相为水 乙腈(95∶5),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果:进样量在0.067μg～2.67μg范围内 虫草素量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.3,RSD为0.4(n=5)。结论:本方法简 便、准确,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cordycepin in Dongxian Capsule. Methods: The content of cordycepin in Dongxian capsule was determined by HPLC. The chromatogram was Allti maC18 column. The mobile phase was water acetonitrile (95:5). The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results: In the range of 0.067 μg～2.67 μg, the linear relationship between the amount of cordycepin and peak area response was obtained, r=0.9999; the average recovery was 98.3, and the RSD was 0.4 (n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
