随着农业生产的发展,除草剂日益广泛的应用,对其毒性研究,也日渐被人们重视。我们对沈阳化工研究院合成的除草剂毒草安进行了急性毒性实验、蓄积毒性实验、致畸实验及致突变性实验。实验结果表明,毒草安对神经系统和肾脏有不同程度的损害,并有极强的蓄积作用。1/10LD_(50)剂量组毒草安对雄性小鼠生殖细胞有致突变作用,未见有致畸效应。在上述实验过程中,参加实验人员,接触少量毒草安后,均出现皮肤红肿,严重者出现小水泡。为了研究和进一步证实毒草安的皮肤局部刺激作用、致敏作用及其作用强度,我们作了毒草安对白色豚鼠皮肤局部作用实验及迟发型致敏实验研究。一、毒草安对豚鼠皮肤局部作用实验
With the development of agricultural production and the increasing application of herbicides, the study of its toxicity has been increasingly valued. We conducted an acute toxicity test, a cumulative toxicity test, a teratogenicity test, and a mutagenicity test on the herbicide, Tetrachoriamide, synthesized by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The experimental results show that the poisonous herb has different degrees of damage to the nervous system and the kidney, and has a strong accumulation effect. In the 1/10LD_(50) dose group, Fucaoxan had mutagenic effects on the germ cells of male mice, and no teratogenic effects were observed. In the above-mentioned experiment, participants who participated in the experiment were exposed to a small amount of poisonous grass and were found to have reddened skin and severe blisters. In order to study and further confirm the local irritant effect, sensitization and the intensity of the effects of the poisonous herb, we have done a study on the local effect of the poisonous herb on the white guinea pig skin and the delayed sensitization experiment.
