随着信息化时代的飞速发展,知识的更新速度也越来越快,要跟上时代的步伐就必须终生学习。作为教书育人的教师更要不断学习,努力提升自身的理论和教学水平。时代改变了我们对知识的需求,也改变了我们的学习方式,移动学习(M-learning)作为一种新的数字化学习手段逐渐进入我们的生活,改变着我们的生活。本文分析了当前教师培训存在的问题及移动学习的基本特点,并对其在教师培训应用方面的优越性和可行性进行了初步的研究与分析。
With the rapid development of the information age, knowledge update speed faster and faster, to keep up with the pace of the times you must learn for life. As teaching and educating teachers should continue to learn, and strive to enhance their own theory and teaching level. Times have changed our demand for knowledge, but also changed our way of learning. M-learning as a new means of digital learning gradually into our lives, changing our lives. This paper analyzes the existing problems of teacher training and the basic characteristics of mobile learning, and conducts a preliminary study and analysis of its superiority and feasibility in teacher training applications.
