聚酮类化合物是一类具有结构多样性和生物活性多样性的天然产物,已成为重要的药物前体。本文从沉积物、海绵、海藻、红树林和其它不同来源海洋真菌代谢的聚酮类化合物及其活性进行了简要的综述,并对其进一步的研究和开发利用作了初步的展望。 Polyketides are a class of natural products with structural and biological diversity and have become important drug precursors. In this paper, the polyketides metabolized by marine fungi from sediments, sponges, seaweeds, mangroves and other marine sources have been briefly reviewed, and their further research and development prospects have been prospected.
