家用电冰箱全封闭制冷压缩机壳体,以前经三次拉延成形,一九八四年我厂试验成功为一次拉延成形,使产品降低了成本,减轻了劳动强度,一九八五年底通过厂级技术鉴定。现已投入使用。现将我厂试制情况介绍于下。一、工艺分析全封闭压缩机壳体尺寸如右图所示,料厚δ=3.5mm,材质08AL。(一)拉延系数(m)的分析因壳体呈椭圆形,计算拉延系数m 没有现成的资料可查,只能查到圆筒形件和盒形件的计算式,现分别计算如下:圆筒形件拉延系数:m=d/D式中:
