近年来,低碳建筑在国内渐渐兴起,得到了社会与企业的广泛认可。随着碳排放政策的实施,建筑全生命周期中碳排放转化为建筑成本,导致低碳建筑的成本效益发生变化,而企业对于建筑的投资决策也发生相应地改变。文章基于文献研究,将全生命周期理论纳入低碳建筑成本效益模型中,考虑建筑全生命周期碳排放成本为低碳建筑效益带来的影响,进而导致企业投资决策行为发生改变。
In recent years, low-carbon buildings gradually rise in the country, has been widely recognized by society and enterprises. With the implementation of the carbon emission policy, carbon emissions have been transformed into construction costs throughout the life cycle of a building, resulting in changes in the cost-effectiveness of low-carbon buildings and changes in the enterprises’ investment decisions regarding construction. Based on the literature research, the article integrates the theory of life cycle into the cost-benefit model of low-carbon buildings and considers the impact of the cost of building full life-cycle carbon emissions on the benefits of low-carbon buildings, which in turn leads to changes in the investment decision-making behavior of enterprises.
